Last weekend I watched this movie with my friends (later update about them) hee

Not the best movie ever. But it has an interesting plot. To simplify it all, just let's say that it is mainly about an obsessed woman named Lisa. She obsessed with a married man and her obsession lastly caused herself her life. It's worth watching when you are planning to stay awake. And those having trouble to sleep or maybe you have nightmares problems.. don't attempt. For kids : It's 18SX and 18PA I guess.

But, ever you guys experienced any psycho problems before? Ever been stalked? Or maybe your partner's ex trying to be nice to you in order want to get closer to your partner again? It is all obsessions. And these people exist for real. My experience is not that bad. And it happened a long time ago. At the starting point, I received a free Rm5o topup from an annonomous. To return it I dont know to whom. Then, there is a message from this unknown person saying that "she" is my old friend. I asked her name but then she kept changing the subject. After a few messages, I think this "she' is actually a guy. I started to ignore him. The next day, I started to received disturbing phone calls from private number. It continued for weeks. Scared of it, I had to changed my phone number for god's sake. But that's the best way. Until now, sometimes I wonder how this psycho even got my number. *sigh*

p/s : Be careful. There is so many dangerous things outside this little world.

Hyper Effects

Lately, all the papers got headings about that popular flu; H1N1. Takut la gak sbb benda ni bring death kn. And yup, I had flu for these past 2 days. To make it worse, I had exams. And luckily, I just stay put and managed to do it.. quite well kot. Even, this flu is dangerous why do people keep ignoring the precautions steps; like wearing the mask. I took the ERL last week and I can count on how many people who are actually using it. Aren't you afraid that you gonna get infected, people?

Another thing, I know going to class is important, but when you are sick please stop going for a while. You have mc right? So, what the purpose you datang kls and jangkitkn ur penyakit kat org laen. I demam teruk gak and it's been 3 days I missed the classes. Now, I'm currently at home resting. Luckily, it's already MMU's mid term break.

Here is one forward msg from my friend which I received last night:

heran..bila selsema burung..bunuh ayam beribu2, tapi bila H1N1 tak bunuh pulak BABI..nyawa apa lebih penting? manusia atau BABI..??

Weird plus funny for the last part of the sentence. betol gak kan.. heboh sangat nk buka pusat ternak babi.. sampai syg sgt ke nk bunuh babi2 tu. Dah mmg sampai at this point where many had died because of this flu, people should reconsinder to eat that thing or not. If no demand then no market.. no any weird diseases spread by this filthy pig!!

p/s : Even it is dangerous to everyone, it even dangerous for people with critical disease. So do yourself and others a favor; go do a check up. Dont play I'm-a-doctor by comparing yourself symptoms with the symptoms you've read on the internet.

Have I told you lately that I love you
Have I told you that no one else above you
You fill my heart with gladness
Take away all my sadness
Ease my troubles that's what you do

- Rod Stewart, Have I told You Lately-

Ahah!! It's not for someone you think. ;)
Well, I just finished my business law class. I've got the lyrics from my lecturer. She did this thing during the break. Here, what she did; Anyone who are willing to call their parents and sing that lyrics to them then they would have 5 marks. Yup, for sure most of my classmates are eager about this idea. hee :D

For me, I dont have the courage. I admit it. I dont usually say "I love You" aloud to my parents.
But, I do love them. No offence, but I wont just sing that song for the sake of 5 marks. My love for them is more than that. Besides, reading the lyrics make me tried to hold back the tears. I wont be crying in front of others. Yup, a big hard-hearted girl. I know.

To my parents, I love both of you equally and my love for you is more than just a line of lyrics or 5 free marks ;D

Are U This Type of Friend?

I'm feeling artistic today. As my drawing sucks so just let the PC do my ideas. See below :

Well.. is not really a drawing actually. More like doodles.. hee!! Well, that's not what I want to share with you guys. The message behind the pic above.

Firstly, u're in a new place with no friends at all. The next step, approach someone with sweet innocent look and smile. Then, u keep on talking about each other details. As time goes by, both of u entitled as BFF. Well, after quite some time, one of u would want to befriend with others. The reasons.. for socializing improvement, get bored with hanging out with the same old person and etc. Next thing u knew, a friend of yours already in a clique. Then u'll be left alone. What they usually called " a loner".

Ever did this thing before??

What can I say.. nothing lasts forever and so do friendship.
Friends come and go. That's true.
That's part of growing up and I'll accept it.
I am who I am and no one can change it ;)

p/s : The doodles is not related to any friend I knew.

Why do people gossip?

Ever thought about why people do it? Why people love it? Yup.. especially the girls.
I've gossip before. Most people had done it. But it's not my routine activity. I usually do not sit in a crowd. I rather sit alone. Then, this thing will happen and it'll always be. There would be this bunch of girls sitting around a table. Then, A would start it.. "Tahu tak semalam kn..girl tu kan.. bla..bla..bla.." A few minutes later, the others would eventually said something like this.. " haah la.. i pun taw this story" or maybe like this " oh yeke.. cpt la!! pe jd lps tu ek?" ( dgn nada cam minah kepoh kn).. And they sit there for hours.

For me, maybe there are few reasons why people love gossips.

1) They dont have much to do.
>>> This type of people, when they dont have much to do they tend to struck with boredom.. so, just let's say are well verse with others' life since they like to "observe" what other people do. They have some sort of self satisfaction when they gossip. wth??? *sigh*

2) Insecurity
>>> This one.. the most common reason I can say. Jeolousy, low self-esteem and sometimes having what-I-have-now-is-not-enough attitude. The common attitudes among girls. I'm a girl too u know. But I have to admit.. these are the attitudes sometimes girls don't have a long period friendship. Even, among the bestfriends, they can be bitching about their own friend. Haih!! :(

3) Attitude problem
>>> Ever heard old habits hard to die. Yup.. this is the one. This type of people.. a piece of advice to you. Get yourself a life. A positive one ok :)

p/s : I try not to gossip. Even I'm not in favour for that particular person. I feel good because I know she's not worth it. haha!! Xde mase aku nk pk psl ko ;p

Keep Changing It. What's next?

It is Bahasa again but more emphasis will be placed on learning English

PUTRAJAYA: The Government has decided to reverse the Teaching of Mathematics and Science in English policy and revert to Bahasa Malaysia in national schools and Chinese and Tamil in vernacular schools.

More emphasis would also be placed on English, including the hiring of retired teachers, assistant teachers for bigger classes and having additional periods.

Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin said this meant that from 2012, students in Years One and Four and Forms One and Four in national primary and secondary schools would study the two subjects in Bahasa Malaysia while those in vernacular schools would be taught in their mother tongue (Chinese and Tamil).

“We want to have a ‘soft landing’ which is why we will begin only in 2012. This will allow us time to make the necessary preparations,” he told a press conference at the ministry when announcing the reversal of the ETeMS policy or better known by its Malay acronym, PPSMI.

Asked why the ministry was not starting with a new cohort of Year One students, Muhyiddin who is Education Minister, said there was time to fine-tune the policy.

“There is still two-and-a-half years to prepare.

“Some members of the Cabinet made an observation that those in Form Four may be affected but that’s okay because we can still make changes so they continue their studies in two languages,” he said.

Muhyiddin said the ministry would do “whatever we can to make it as soft as possible for these students.”

“This is why the ministry is staggering the changes that will happen.

“It was quite sudden when the PPSMI was introduced previously,” he said.

The PPSMI policy was implemented in phases, beginning with Year One, Form One and Lower Six students in 2003, under former prime minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad’s tenure.

The first cohort who completed six years of primary schooling and studied the two subjects in English received their Ujian Pencapaian Sekolah Rendah (UPSR) results last year.

Muhyiddin said that to ensure the implementation of the new policy did not affect the first batch (who started studying the two subjects in English in primary school in 2003), they would continue to study Mathematics and Science bilingually (in English and Bahasa Malaysia) until 2014.

He stressed that the reason for the reversal in policy was due to objective considerations and not political ones.

“It was based on empirical studies and other specialist reviews,” he said.

Based on studies conducted in 2008, he said, the ministry found that only a small percentage of teachers fully used English to teach the two subjects.

“On average, the percentage of those using English during Mathematics and Science periods was around 53% to 58%,” he said, adding that only a small number of teachers were proficient.

Muhyiddin said studies carried out by local universities found that students’ mastery level of English during the entire policy was around 3% while the level among rural students was low.

“Based on these observations, the Government is confident that Mathematics and Science should be taught in languages understood by students, which is Bahasa Malaysia in national schools, and Chinese and Tamil in the respective vernacular schools,” he said.

On whether the decision goes against Dr Mahathir’s vision, Muhyiddin said he and senior ministry officials had a three-hour meeting explaining the problems faced by those involved.

It’s saddening, says Mahathir

PUTRAJAYA: The future of our schoolchildren will be compromised with the Government reversing the teaching of Science and Mathematics from English to Bahasa Malaysia, Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad said.

Dr Mahathir, who was behind the original policy of teaching both subjects in English, said his intention was to ensure that Malaysians were able to face global challenges at the earliest opportunity.

Expressing sadness on the policy reversal, he said schoolchildren would find it difficult to know more about the developments in the field of Science.

“These matters, of course, cannot be resolved overnight. But it’s the Government’s responsibility to train and supply capable teachers. I’m confident that our teachers will be able to study and teach in English,” he told reporters at his Perdana Leadership Foundation office yesterday.

Dr Mahathir said it was good that more teachers would be trained in English.

“But if we can train teachers to learn English, why can’t we do the same by training them to learn and teach Science and Mathematics in English?,” the former Prime Minister asked.

Dr Mahathir also questioned why no one protested when the medium of teaching in English in the colonial times was changed to Bahasa Malaysia.

“And at that time, not many teachers knew the national language. Now, it’s all right if we mix a little bit of Malay and English, but at the same time we need to improve the ability of our teachers too,” he added.

On his meeting with Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin, who is the Education Minister, before the new policy was announced, Dr Mahathir said he was only given a briefing.

My opinion

Why changing it again??? Seriously stop burdening the kids. This is just my point of view as a student in this country. I'm from the batch who took my SPM in Bahasa Malaysia for the science subjects Chemistry, Biology, Physics and even Maths plus Add Maths. But after I entered matriculation all the teachings are in English for Science Subjects and Maths as well. But I still managed to study well. Now, I'm at Degree Level and my campus official languange is English.

The point is, even though the teachings would be done in BM again, but once these students enter university they'll have to "face" lectures in English. Maybe the concern here is about the students in rural areas. I cant deny I'm from one of the large cities. So, maybe I dont have the difficult experiences in adapting new language in my learnings. But still, you should not measured the performances of students based on passing percentage of exams like UPSR etc. Those are like overall data. Even though they want to give extra time for English classes but still learning Science and Maths in English are different from learning the language itself. In terms of how you analyse the concepts and all the terminologies. I still think that the earlier you have the exposure in learning English, the better. After all, the life doesn't stop only during schooling time.

I wish I was it

I suppose to be sleeping. My watch showed 1.12 am. I guess when you're too tired then sleeping is not your main thing. Or maybe because I just have 1 tutorial tomorrow which btw starts at 3 PM wahaha ;D

I rarely update my blog nowadays. Just dont have the ideas what to post. But leaving my blog unupdated would be boring. Let's talk about something simple. No lengthy post ok I promise. Ever promise to be something else???? Sometimes too tired of our own routine life rite.

Well say hello to RIFEBULB!!

I know it's not real. No one owns a cub of dragon. The reason I choose it to be my pet.. he's cute..hehe. And different from normal pet. I want something different. I want to be different from every1 else. I want to live in virtual reality. No pressure, tension bla bla bla. Living in my own dreamland. See rifebulb's tagline.. "EAT.. NAP..LAUGH..PLAY".. That's why I wish I was it. So relax..hehe. Yup.. I've created him of course. I dont have any real pet. So virtual pet would make my day. hee!

Btw, I named him rifebulb because let's see this way rife + bulb.. rife when u rearrange it would become fire. Well dragon has fire right in the mouth according from the legend. Then the bulb.. because that word sounds cute and suit my dragon.. hehe

Seriously, I need to post soomething beneficial for others next time.

Nite readers ;)

Happy 19th!!

Hey u in black shirt!!
Happy 19th birthday..
May u have blessing and a good year
Luv u sis ;)

She's currently on her orientation week in UKM Bangi. On Saturday, she'll be moving to her campus in UKM KL. Good luck soon-to be Dr. hee!! ;p

It's been a while since I've updated my blog. I had this lack of idea thing going on. At home now. Home.. that means kat Klang. I would not be attending classes until next Monday. I'm not feeling well since last Monday but just this morning my dad fetched me from Cyber. He would not even let me drive back own my own as usual. Actually, that'll be my mum la yg convinced kn die not to let me. Well.. that's how mum is kan?? hee.

I had this fever, flu, sorethroat etc.. my temperature move up and down. Like my housemate said.. jgn 1 umah kene kuarantin sbb ko da.. siot je ko kn Abby..haha. The first thing I did when I reached Klang is went to the clinic. The doctor suspected it was Dengue Fever. How can it be?? I had flu. Based on my experience, flu is not one of dengue fever symptoms. (I experienced it TWICE). I imagined that needle yg gune for amek darah, masuk air lagi.. ish.. x larat ok!! Then, checked a few times again.. the doctor said, I'm off to go. Just a normal fever. But still, have to do the blood test if the fever come back again tonight. But, I've got free holidays..hee!!

I HATE TO BE SICK!!!!!!!!!

Another issue.. this thing brought disgrace to my campus's name. I want to post it yesterday but too tired. CLICK.

Btw, to ease up my boringness staying at home.. I play around with my blog's background. Hey, I've changed it AGAIN!! haha
